项目简介 Introduction

“心寄源”法律沙龙（简称心寄源）是开放原子开源基金会（简称开放原子）2022年5月筹备发起的公益活动。

The OSHeart Legal Salon (referred to as OSHeart) is a charitable initiative hosted by OpenAtom Foundation (referred to as OpenAtom) in May 2022.

截至2024年10月，“心寄源”已成功举办了23期沙龙日常活动（定向邀请的沙龙活动）、1期沙龙特别活动（面向公众的沙龙活动），得到了来自阿里云、安势、百度、北电数智、北京互联网法院、抖音集团、广东良马律所、广联达、国浩（南京）律所、国家工信安全中心、华为、集佳律所、己任律所、江苏瑞途律所、京东集团、零一万物、蚂蚁集团、美的集团、OIN（开放发明网络）、Orcro、 OSI（开放源代码促进会）、PingCAP、麒麟软件、上海道客、上海燧原、Shang Strategic、深度求索、统信软件、小米、新思科技、盈科律所、中伦律所等多家知名企业/机构的法务、法官、律师、开源专家等专业人士的积极参与和大力支持（按首字母排序，排名不分先后），深入探讨了GPL等开源许可证、开源AI/大模型相关法律问题、开源软件/开放硬件的专利风险、OpenChain开源合规标准、网络安全法、CRA、出口管制、OIN实践、国内外开源相关案例等丰富多彩的前沿开源法律话题。

As of Oct. 2024, OSHeart has successfully hosted 23 daily salon sessions (Invite-only) and 1 special salon session (open to the public audiences), with active participation and strong support from numerous companies and organizations, including Alibaba Cloud, Sectrend, Baidu, BEDI, Beijing Internet Court, Douyin Group, Guangdong Liangma Law Firm, Glodon, Grandall (Nanjing), China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team, Huawei, Unitalen Law Firm, GEN Law Firm, Jiangsu Raytoip, JD Group, 01.AI, Ant Group, Midea, OIN(Open Invention Network), Orcro, OSI(Open Source Initiative), PingCAP, Kylinsoft, Shanghai Daocloud, Shanghai Enflame, Shang Strategic, DeepSeek, Uniontech, Xiaomi, Synopsys, YingKe Law Firm, and Zhong Lun Law Firm, among others (listed in Chinese alphabetical order, without any particular ranking ). These sessions have delved into a wide range of cutting-edge open-source legal topics, including GPL and other open-source licenses, open source AI/large model related legal issues, patent risks of open source software/hardware, OpenChain open-source compliance standards, cybersecurity law, CRA, export controls, OIN practices, domestic and international cases related to open source, and more.
